GENERAL

"Soundlab" means Soundlab Limited. "Goods" means the product and/or services supplied by Soundlab to the Customer. "Customer" means the user or entity purchasing the Products.

SUPPLY

Wholesale prices are only available to bona fide retailers trading from an established retail shop. Other groups operating from residential premises will not be supplied. Photographic proof of retail establishment may be requested.

PRICES

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollar and are nett excluding GST. The ruling rate of Sales GST at the date of invoice will be charged.

AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

PAYMENT TERMS

Cash On Delivery (COD) account. Payment directly deposit into Soundlab bank account.

DELIVERY CHARGES

North Island: Shipments over $250 (excluding GST) are sent freight free. Shipment under $250 (excluding GST) will be charged $10 P&H fee.

South Island: Shipments over $350 (excluding GST) are sent freight free. Shipment under $350 (excluding GST) will be charged $15 P&H fee.

RETENSION OF TITLE

The goods ordered shall remain the sole property of Soundlab Ltd until such time as the intending purchaser has paid the agreed price in full.

RETURNS

Returns will not be accepted unless a prior approval is obtained from our Manager. Claims for credit due to transport or packaging damage or non-receipt of goods must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

LIABILITY

Soundlab’s liability in any case of defect or default, is limited to the purchase price of the Goods in respect of which such defect or default arises, Soundlab has no further liability or responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage howsoever arising.

GOVERNING LAW

The contract and its terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute under them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
